Bio: Nicole Miller

Nicole Miller is an improviser, comedian and actor from Tulsa, OK. Nicole began performing at an early age, being cast in plays and musicals starting at the age of 11 and eventually appearing in several commercials, and films. Most noteworthy, The Rock and Roll Dreams of Duncan Christopher, which is available on Amazon Prime. She has a degree in education and taught theatre in several Oklahoma schools. She honed in on her performing talents, studying improv at The Second City in Chicago. She is the co-founder and director of Crayons Improv. As a stand-up comedian, Nicole loves spreading laughter through her fresh take on motherhood, marriage, and surviving cancer.

Today was dress your best day at my son’s school. It’s the last week and every day is a different theme. It was weighing on me today that I got to take my kid to school when so many parents in Texas cannot after the tragic shooting in an Elementary School. I told my son about the shooting, as gently as I could. And we made a plan of where to meet up if anything goes so wrong at his school every one is just running out of the building otherwise I told him to stay with his teacher and listen to her. For years I was in the classroom so the shooting scenario I “prepped” for was as a teacher and now as a parent it’s 100 times more terrifying.
